Refunds and cancellations

This notice applies once you have a written seat confirmation and have paid an invoice. Browsing this website does not create a charge. This site does not take payment.

Eligibility

Consumers in the UK may cancel a distance contract for a teaching programme within 14 days of the confirmation email, unless they asked us to start delivering digital materials during that period and acknowledged that the right would be lost. Business purchasers are not automatic consumers; we still offer the windows below as studio policy.

Timeframe

Full refund: written request received at least 10 full days before the cohort’s first live clinic, and before more than 15% of recorded Leak Map materials have been streamed (we log first play). After that point, partial refunds may apply as set out next.

Full or partial refund

If you withdraw after the 10-day cut-off but before Module 3 of the Activation Leak Clinic, we refund 50% of the seat fee. After Module 3 begins, the seat is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we cancel the cohort. Cadence Seat private workshops that have already occurred are deducted at £900 from any remaining balance.

Non-refundable items

Completed one-to-one dictionary critiques, printed workbooks already posted, and third-party venue fees for any optional Braemore visit are not refunded. Gift seats are refundable only to the original payer.

Process

Email hello@cachematrixcore.digital with the subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, and whether you want cancellation only or a refund. We confirm receipt within two working days and say what evidence we still need.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are sent within 14 working days to the original payment method. We do not issue cash from the Braemore desk. Bank charges levied by your institution are not added back.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to the next intake or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort. We are not responsible for travel you booked without our written request.

Exceptions

Chargebacks opened without first writing to us may pause access while we reply to the bank. Serious disruption of a live clinic can lead to removal without refund. Statutory rights remain.
