We teach teams to separate instrumentation debt from product debt, then to write one experiment that can actually fail. The pedagogy is deliberately slow: dictionary, tape, hypothesis, change, only then a dashboard.
If your board wants a growth theatre, this will feel austere. If your engineers are tired of mystery events named funnel_step_7, you will recognise the room.
